My dearly beloved child, the longer you walk with Me, the more you are able to realize that you really don't know what each new day may bring. A phone call can come in the middle of the night shattering your joy. Suddenly everything changes. It's amazing what a knock at the door can bring or what the opening of a letter can do.
I don't say these things to conjure up fear in your heart, but simply to remind you that I alone know your future. And there's no safer, no better, no more rewarding place to be than in the nucleus of My will, regardless of where that may be.
You are only a finite human being. You can only see the present and the past. The future can be little frightening to you. So you need to hold on to My hand and trust Me to calm each of your fears. And at those times when you are stubborn and resisting and I shake you by the shoulders to get your attention, you are reminded that you don't call the shots for I have a plan for you, mysterious though it may seem, and I delight to have you at the center of it. Always remember that the center of My will is the safest place on earth to be.
